Terence L. Champlin, M.D.

TLC Pediatrics, PLLC was founded in 2010 by Dr. Terence L. Champlin. Dr. Champlin is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri. He received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1989. After receiving his medical degree he completed his internship and residency in Pediatrics at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock.  Dr. Champlin has practiced general pediatrics since 1992.

Dr. Champlin is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Paige Fenner, MNSc, APRN, CPNP-PC

Paige joined TLC Pediatrics, PLLC January 4, 2021.  Paige was born and raised in Texas and moved to Arkansas her sophomore year of high school.  She is a graduate of UAMS College of Nursing where she received her Bachelor’s degree in 2005 and her Master’s degree in 2017.  She was a registered nurse for 15 years at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock on the Hematology/Oncology unit with two of those years spent with the Palliative Care program where she initiated the pottery project.  Upon graduating with her Master’s degree, she began her practice in the General Pediatric Clinic at ACH for the first 18 months then worked in private practice prior to joining TLC Pediatrics.  She has received multiple nursing awards as well as receiving the Daisy award while working at ACH.  She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Anna LaRocca, MNSc, APRN, CPNP-PC

Anna joined TLC Pediatrics, PLLC in July 2021. Anna was born and raised in Arkansas. She is a graduate of UALR where she received her Associate’s degree in nursing in 1997 and her Bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2014. She received her Master of Nursing Science degree from UAMS in 2018. As a registered nurse, she began working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in 1998. Additionally, she worked in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, newborn nursery at Conway Regional Medical Center and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Baptist Health Medical Center. Upon obtaining certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, she worked in a primary care pediatric clinic in Prescott Valley, Arizona before she and her family relocated back to Arkansas. She is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.
